Reservations are accepted starting three months prior to the flight date.
we do not accept reservations more than three months in advance.

Information Required at the Time of Booking
・Full name of the representative ・Address ・Contact information ・Company name (for corporate bookings) ・Any other information required for your reservation (We will review your inquiry and advise you of any additional information required.)
Information Required After Booking Confirmation
・Information for all passengers ・Baggage information ・Contact information for the day of departure ・Any other information required for flight operations (We will review your booking details and advise you of any additional information required.)
Booking and Payment
Based on the details of your inquiry, we will provide you with a quotation.
Your booking will be confirmed once the booking process has been completed, and we will secure the aircraft and flight crew for your flight.
Payment must be made in advance by the payment due date specified by Fuji Business Jet.
Please inform us before making your booking if any of the following apply:
- ・Passengers requiring special assistance
- ・Pregnant passengers
- ・Passengers traveling with young children
- ・Passengers carrying baggage that requires special handling
- ・Passengers carrying oversized baggage

Domestic Carriage
| 10% if notification is made between three (3) months and thirty-one (31) days prior |
| 20% if notification is made between thirty (30) and twenty-one (21) days prior |
| 30% if notification is made between twenty (20) and five (5) days prior |
| 50% if notification is made between four (4) and three (3) days prior |
| 70% if notification is made between two (2) days prior and twenty-four (24) hours before departure |
| 100% if notification is made within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled departure time, or in case of no-show |
International Carriage
| 10% if notification is made between three (3) months and sixty-one (61) days or more prior |
| 25% if notification is made between sixty (60) and fifteen (15) days prior |
| 50% if notification is made between fourteen (14) and three (3) days prior |
| 75% if notification is made between two (2) days prior and twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled departure time |
| 90% if notification is made from twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled departure time until the scheduled departure time |
| 100% if notification is made within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled departure time, after the scheduled departure time, or in the event of a no-show |
